We offer to review the Anti-corruption Program, approved by the order of the State Organization “Ukrainian National Office for Intellectual Property and Innovation” (UANIPIO) No. 54-Н/2023 dated March 16, 2023.

The Program’s purpose is to ensure the functioning of an effective system of preventing and countering corruption, and compliance of the activity of UANIPIO with the requirements of anti-corruption legislation, taking into account the best global practices.

As stated in the document, officials and employees of the IP office, in their activities, as well as in legal relations with business partners, state authorities, local self-government bodies, other legal entities, and individuals, are guided by the principles of zero tolerance for corruption in any of its forms and manifestations and take (will take) all measures to prevent, detect and counter corruption, provided for by legislation and this program.
