The IPR Monitoring Center of UANIPIO (IP Office) presents its annual report “Strengthening the Intellectual Property Enforcement System in Ukraine”.
The report provides a comprehensive overview of the state of intellectual property enforcement in Ukraine and the main results of the IPR Monitoring Center’s activities in 2025. Particular attention is paid to the role of state authorities, interagency cooperation, and practical aspects of applying legal mechanisms to combat IP infringements.
The report also contains summary statistics on the investigation and consideration of intellectual property cases by courts, enforcement agencies, customs and government authorities, as well as outlines the role of additional institutional mechanisms for the development of the IP rights protection system.

The IPR Monitoring Center, which operates as a unit of the Ukrainian National Office for Intellectual Property and Innovations (UANIPIO), plays a significant role in the development of the enforcement system and improving its effectiveness. Particular attention was paid to the exchange of European practices in the field of customs control, combating counterfeiting and piracy, as well as the development of cross-border cooperation in IP enforcement, which was facilitated by study visits to Germany and Croatia.

The IPR Monitoring Center team notes that 2025 was a year of strengthened institutional cooperation, development of analytical activities, and educational events.
